Apple Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup raisins
¾ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
2 tsp balsamic vinegar

 Directions
1. Place all ingredients except vinegar in a heavy stockpot.
2. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce to simmer for 10-15 minutes, until mixture is thick and gooey.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar.
5. Spoon into glass canning jars and refrigerate until use.
