Beer n' BBQ Chicken Pizza

Deep Dish Beer Bread, homegrown Chicken, and homemade BBQ sauce earn this recipe the farmer’s stamp of approval.

Beer n' BBQ Chicken Pizza

1 bottle Sam Adams Beer
2 cups self-rising flour
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease a 9 x 13 rectangular baking pan.
3. Combine beer, flours and baking powder in a large bowl. Roll out dough on a lightly 4. floured surface. Press into pan. Bake 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile heat BBQ sauce and chicken in a large saucepan.
5. Spoon chicken over cooked crust. Sprinkle with onions and top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Finish under broiler.
6. Cut and serve hot.
