Breakfast Pizza

 For biscuit crust:
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup flour
Dash salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup cream

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Pour cream and melted butter over dry ingredients and knead dough.
3. Roll dough out to ¼ inch thickness. Place on a pizza stone. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven.


For pizza topping:
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper
1/8 cup pepperoni, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup marinara

1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. 
2. Scramble in a nonstick skillet with pepperoni.
3. Spoon egg mixture over cooked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with marinara. Finish under oven broiler until cheese is hot and bubbly.
