Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 box (4.2 oz) Long grain and Wild Rice-A-Roni
32 oz low sodium chicken broth
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
6 mushrooms, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
½ tsp minced garlic
1 (10 oz) can low sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
Black pepper to taste

 Directions
1. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package.
2. Bring chicken broth to boil in a large stockpot. Add chopped chicken, mushrooms, onions and garlic.
3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup and sour cream until smooth. Add rice. 
4. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
