Chocolate Berry Crunch Cookies

Berries have antioxidants. So does dark chocolate. May good health prevail.

Chocolate Berry Crunch Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter flavored Crisco
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp butter flavor
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
¾ cup self-rising flour
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 bag (11.5 oz) Nature’s Path Love Crunch Granola, Dark Chocolate and Red Berries variety
4 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped

 Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together Crisco and sugars.
3. Add butter flavor, salt and soda to bowl, mix well.
4. Beat in eggs.
5. Incorporate flours to form dough.
6. Stir in granola and chopped chocolate.
7. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
8. Bake 10-12 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool.
