Chocolate Toffee Cookies
Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 (18.25) oz box of chocolate cake mix
5 oz Heath Bits-o-Brickle toffee pieces
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat eggs and oil in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
3. Add cake mix to bowl. Beat to combine.
4. Stir in toffee pieces.
5. Drop by spoonful on to ungreased baking sheets.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool.
