Cinnamon Peach Coffee Cake

For cake:
½ cup butter, room temp
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
2 cups self-rising flour
3 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

For crumble topping:
1/8 cup butter, room temp
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients to form crumbles, set aside.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla to bowl, mix well.
4. Add dry ingredients to form batter.
5. Grease a 9in springboard pan. Spread batter evenly in pan. 
6. Sprinkle batter with peaches. Top with crumble mixture.

7. Bake 45-50 minutes, until center is set and top is golden.
