Crab Chowder
Besides being delicious, this seafood soup is fast and easy to make.
Crab Chowder
Ingredients
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups whole milk
½ cup chicken stock
5 mushrooms, sliced thick
10 oz lump crab meat
3 green onions, chopped
Black pepper
Directions
1. Combine soups and milk in a large stockpot.
2. Boil stock in a small saucepan, cook sliced mushrooms tender, pour into pot.
3. Add crabmeat and chopped onions to pot. Simmer 30 minutes.
4. Season with black pepper before serving.
