Creamy Italian Pasta Salad

Cold pasta salads are great make ahead meals for nights I am not home to cook. This salad is also easy to carry-in; a big hit at picnics and potlucks.
Creamy Italian Pasta Salad

8 oz ziti
1 (.6oz) packet Zesty Italian salad dressing and recipe mix
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup cream
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
4 bella mushrooms, quartered
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, bite sized
1/8 cup sweet yellow onion, chopped
5 oz pepperoni minis

1. Cook pasta according to box directions, rinse with cold water, then drain.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing packet, vinegar, oil and cream.
3. In large bowl, combine all vegetables, pasta and pepperoni. Pour dressing over top. Stir to coat.
4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
