Crispy Kale Potato Topper

Ingredients
Kale, washed and stems removed
Dickie Bird Garlic Salt
Cayenne pepper
Olive oil

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Ensure Kale is completely dry. Spread on foil lined baking sheets. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Bake 20 minutes. Remove sheets from oven, fluff kale then return to oven for an additional 20 minutes.
4. Half a baked potato, spoon sour cream on each half, top with crispy kale. Or Sprinkle Crispy Kale on mashed potatoes in place of butter or gravy.
