Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
16 oz ground beef
2 cups beans, cooked and drained
16 oz tomato sauce, canned
1 cup fresh tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano, snipped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper




Directions
1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic, onion and peppers and ground beef to skillet, brown.
2. Place beans in crock pot. Cover with 1 inch water. Stir in tomato sauce, fresh tomato and seasonings. Stir in skillet contents.
3. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
