Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 (10oz) can healthy request Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
4 mushrooms, sliced
1 cup fresh shelled peas
12 oz chunk tuna in water, drained
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp butter

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat 1 Tbsp butter in a large skillet or saucepan. Add sliced mushrooms and peas, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add soup, milk, tuna and pepper. Stir smooth. 
Layer noodles in a 8x13 casserole pan. Pour tuna mixture over noodles, stir to coat. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt 1 Tbsp butter. Toss with breadcrumbs. 
Sprinkle casserole with breadcrumbs and return to oven for 10 minutes, top will be golden brown.
