BBQ Chicken Pizza

BBQ Chicken Pizza
with portabella mushrooms

2 portabella mushrooms, washed and cut in ½ inch slices
1 cup BBQ shredded chicken
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup sweet pepper, chopped
1 prepared pizza crust
½ cup Dickie Bird BBQ sauce
2 cups jalapeno jack cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and toast pizza crust on baking stone.
2. Sauté mushrooms tender in a stovetop skillet. Add chicken to warm. 
3. Spread leftover chicken and mushrooms evenly on toasted crust. Drizzle with BBQ sauce. 4. Sprinkle with onions and peppers. Top with cheese.
5. Bake pizza in oven for 15 minutes. Finish under broiler until cheese is bubbling hot.
