Chocolate Sugar Cookie Cut-Outs

Ingredients
1 cup butter, room temp
1 ¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweet cocoa powder
1 Tbsp vanilla coffee creamer
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 ¾ cups flour
¼ cup sugar for dusting, or prepare icing

Directions
1. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla creamer, cinnamon, salt and baking powder to bowl; beat with an electric mixer.
3. Incorporate flour to form a workable, not sticky (too wet) or crumbly (too dry) dough.
4. Divide dough in two. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
6. Roll chilled dough out to ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface. Create cut-outs.
7. Pour ¼ cup sugar into a shallow dish. Gently press each cookie to sugar to cover. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
8. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool cookies before removing from baking sheet.
