Ciabatta Sausage Sandwiches


Ciabatta Sausage Sandwiches

Ingredients
8 oz spicy ground sausage
3 green onions, chopped
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
1/8 cup mayo
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian herbs
Ciabatta bread rolls

Directions
1. Grease a skillet. Brown sausage, cook and crumble. Reduce heat to low.
2. In a small bowl, lightly whisk eggs and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Cook until eggs are well set.
3. Cut ciabatta rolls in half. Toast.
4. In a small bowl, season mayo with garlic, onion and Italian herbs. Spread on toasted ciabatta. Fill bread rolls with sausage mixture.

5. Serve hot.
