Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie Cups


For chocolate cookie crust:
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 drops Bavarian cream flavor
1 egg
¾ cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt




Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add cocoa, flavor and egg to bowl. Beat with an electric mixer.
4. Add remaining ingredients and beat into thick dough.
5. Gently press a piece of dough into bottom of each cup.
6. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

For chocolate cheesecake filling:

Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese
1 heaping cup sugar
½ cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
3 eggs
¼ cup sour cream
4 drops Bavarian cream flavor
Powdered sugar

Directions
1. In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.
2. Add cocoa, eggs, sour cream and flavor. Beat until blended.
3. Fill prepared crusts with cheesecake filling.
4. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven. 

5. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar immediately before serving.
