Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Brownie Bites

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups dark chocolate chips
14 Tbsp butter
¾ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 ½ cup self-rising flour
1 heaping cup all-purpose flour

Directions
1. In a double boiler or microwave, melt together 1 cup chocolate chips with 2 Tbsp butter. Remove from heat.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. In a large bowl cream together remaining butter and sugars.
4. Add salt, soda, vanilla, cinnamon and eggs to bowl. Beat smooth with an electric mixer.
5. Incorporate flours to form batter.
6. Stir ½ cup chocolate chips into batter. Pour batter into a prepared 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining chips.
7. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cover edges with foil at the half-way point.
8. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting bite sized.
