Denver Omelet Hoagie
Ingredients
Thick sliced ham
Sharp white cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced green pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 eggs
2 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper
Hoagie buns
Directions
1. Preheat oven broiler.
2. Grease a small skillet. Sauté green pepper and onions.
3. Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour into skillet over peppers and onions. Cook until eggs set, about 4 minutes.
4. Place ham slices on a baking sheet, top with cheese, place under broiler until cheese is hot and bubble.
5. Toast bun under broiler.
6. Top ham and cheese with egg mixture. Place on toasted bun.
