Dickie Bird Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
8 hardboiled eggs, peeled and cut in half, yolks reserved
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping suggestions: chopped sweet peppers, pickles, green onions, parsley, dill, chives, bacon crumbles
Directions
1. Place egg yolks, mayo, mustard and buttermilk in a large bowl, whisk until smooth.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Fill eggs with yolk mixture.
4. Top with garnish of choice.
5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
