Garlic Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups milk
3 Tbsp of butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp coarse black pepper
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
4 ounces swiss cheese, cubed
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, salt and seasonings.
3. Add flour and baking powder to form dough. Work in cheese.
4. Roll dough out to ½ inch thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a baking stone.
5. Bake 15 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is oozy. Serve warm.
