German Chocolate Mint Cookies

Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp mint extract
1 box (15.25 oz) German chocolate cake mix
3 oz Andes Chocolate Mints, chopped

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and vegetable oil.
3. Add extract and cake mix. Beat smooth.
4. Stir in chopped mints.
5. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes. 
6. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on baking sheet.
