Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans, washed and cut bite sized
8 eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped.
4 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup cream
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup sweet peppers, sliced thin
1 cup sprouts

Directions
1. Fill large stockpot with 3 inches of water, bring to boil, turn off.
2. Blanch beans. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a small bowl whisk together oil, cream, vinegar, salt, garlic, red pepper and Italian seasoning.
4. In a large bowl combine chopped eggs, beans, red onion, peppers and sprouts. Pour dressing over the top. Mix well. 
5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and stir before serving.
