Ham and Cheese Omelet
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 green onion, chopped and divided
1/8 cup ham, diced
¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a stove top skillet. Add onion whites and ham, sauté 1 minute.
3. Pour egg into skillet. Gently rotate skillet to distribute egg evenly over onions and ham.
4. Cook on low until egg has set. Do not stir or flip.
5. Remove from heat. Roll omelet using a wooden spoon or spatula.
6. Sprinkle omelet with cheese and onion greens. Allow cheese to melt before serving.
