1 lb ground beef
1 (1.9 oz) envelope onion soup mix
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (10.5 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
28 oz beef broth
16 oz canned tomatoes, stewed or diced
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet with onion soup mix and garlic.
2. Combine tomato soups, broth and tomatoes in a crock pot.
3. Add beef skillet contents to crock and pepper and onions to crock. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
4. Add spinach to wilt before serving. Season with salt and pepper.
