Harvest Vegetable Bake
Ingredients
1 cup winter squash, cubed
4 Tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp celery seed
3 cups cabbage, chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place squash in a saucepan with 1 inch water. Cook until tender. Drain well.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onions, garlic and celery seed. Sauté tender.
4. Add squash, cabbage and apple to pan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
5. Spoon contents into a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake 25-30 minutes.
