Honey Mustard Ham and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
1 ham steak, sliced thin with a sharp knife
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Honey mustard (see previous recipe post)
Bread
Lettuce
Tomato

Directions
1. Grease a skillet. Fry ham until crispy brown on both sides. Remove ham from skillet, cover to keep warm.
2. Crack eggs in skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry sunny side.
3. Toast bread. Spread honey mustard on bread.
4. Assemble sandwich: Bread, ham, egg, lettuce, tomato, bread. 
5. Smash to break yokes. Enjoy.
