Turkey and Wild Rice Soup

Turkey and Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients
2 cups turkey, cooked and chopped
1 (4.2 oz) box Long Grain and Wild Rice Mix
2 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10oz) can water
6 mushrooms, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
¼ cup red pepper, chopped
¼ tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Cook rice mix according to package directions for stovetop.
2. In a large stockpot, combine turkey, cooked rice, broth, soup, water.
3. Add mushrooms, onions, peppers and seasonings to stockpot.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Immediately reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
