Mini Breakfast Bread Puddins’

Ingredients
6 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper
2 pieces bread, torn tiny
1/3 cup ham, diced

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a popover pan. 
2. Layer bread, ham, bread in each cup.
3. Whisk together eggs and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture on top of each cup.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and run a butter knife around each pudding before poppin’ out of cup.
