Peanut Butter M&M Cookies
Ingredients
¾ cup Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
½ cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups self rising flour
1 (12oz) bag PB M&M’s
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together PB, butter and sugars
3. Add vanilla, egg, baking soda and salt to bowl, mix well.
4. Incorporate flours to form dough.
5. Stir in M&Ms.
6. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
8. Remove from oven. Cool completely.
