Roast Radish and Onions

Ingredients
1 bunch radishes, stems and tails removed, cut in half
1 small sweet yellow onion, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
Dickie Bird Garlic Salt
Fresh milled black pepper
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl toss together: radishes, onions and oil.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
4. Spoon veges into a baking pan. Roast 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
