Roast Sweet Potatoes
Everyone loves candied sweet potatoes and sweet potato pie, but sweet potatoes are also delicious prepared simple and savory.

Roast Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
5-6 sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet.
2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Toss in potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake until are tender, about 20 minutes, stir half-way.
