Russian Tuna Salad

For Russian Salad Dressing:
Ingredients
½ cup mayo
¼ cup cream
½ cup chili sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
1 green onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously.

For salad:
Ingredients
3 eggs, hardboiled
6 oz tuna
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
Cucumber, sliced
Tomato, sliced
Sweet peppers, sliced 

Directions
1. Arrange lettuce and spinach on salad plates.
2. Peel eggs, slice. Position eggs on lettuce bed.
3. Top eggs with tuna, sprinkle with peppers.
4. Arrange cucumber and tomatoes around eggs.
5. Drizzle with dressing.
