1 (8oz) package cream cheese
½ cup mayo
½ cup half & half
½ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
12 oz frozen fully cooked salad shrimp, unthawed
2 green onions, chopped
1/8 cup sweet red pepper, diced
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo, half & half and seasonings until smooth.
2. Rinse and drain shrimp.
3. Mix shrimp and veges into cream cheese mixture with a large spoon.
4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
