Spicy Baked Spinach Dip
Spinach salads are delicious, but fall weather (and football games) calls for a warm spinach dish.
Spicy Baked Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1/3 cup salsa
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
¼ cup milk
¼ cup sour cream
2 chili peppers, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
Tortilla Chips or crackers for serving
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat salsa, cream cheese, milk and sour cream. Stir smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Stir chopped peppers, onions and spinach into skillet.
4. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 casserole pan. Sprinkle cheese over top.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6. Serve with chips or crackers.
