Spicy Spinach Pizza
Use leftover Spicy Baked Spinach Dip to make:
Spicy Spinach Pizza
For pizza crust:
Ingredients
1 envelope Fleischmann’s Pizza Yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2/3 cup of warm water
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups of flour
Directions
1. Mix yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Pour warm water into the bowl. Allow yeast to swell for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix together salt, oil and flour.
3. Pour yeast into flour mixture. Knead 5 minutes. Cover and allow rest for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
5. Grease a pizza stone. Roll out dough to cover stone.
6. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
For pizza topping:
Ingredients
Leftover Spicy Baked Spinach Dip
½ cup pepper jack cheese
3 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
1. Spread prepared crust with spinach dip. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
2. Bake an additional 10 minutes, finish under broiler until cheese is hot and bubbly.
