Spinach, Egg, and Chicken Salad
Ingredients
4 eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup cream
½ cup mayo
1/2 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp minced onion
Flat bread or crackers for serving
Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together cream, mayo salt, garlic, onion and pepper.
2. Place eggs, chicken and spinach in bowl, stir to coat.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
