Sugar Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 heaping cup all-purpose flour
1 heaping cup self-rising flour
Decorator sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together Crisco and sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, baking powder and salt.
4. Add flours to form dough.
5. Roll into small balls.
6. Place decorator sugar in shallow bowl, roll each ball in sugar then place on ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool.
