Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup sweet potato puree
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk
2 cups self-rising flour
Cream to brush biscuit tops

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Preheat a baking stone in oven.
2. Combine potatoes, butter, sugar, powder, soda, salt, milk in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer.
3. Add flour, knead into dough.
4. Roll out to 1 inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut with a biscuit cutter.
5. Place cutouts on baking stone. Brush with cream.
6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
