Toad in a Hole
3 pieces thick sliced bread
3 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cut circles in bread center with a biscuit cutter.
2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet
3. Coat 6 sides of bread with melted butter
4. In a hot and dry skillet, toast one side of bread.
5. Flip bread, break egg into hole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Cook until egg white is set.
