Toasty Turkey Soup

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cube chicken and herb bouillon
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup turnips, diced (reserve greens, chopped)
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
3 cups turkey, cooked and cut
¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
Salt and black pepper
1 cup uncooked Barley

Directions
1. Bring water to boil in stockpot. Add chicken bouillon, garlic and turnips, cook until turnips soften.
2. Add broth, tomatoes, turkey, onion, pepper and to pot. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Stir in barley. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer 20 minutes.
4. Stir in turnip greens to wilt just before serving.
