Trail Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup self rising flour
2 cups trail mix
6 oz crunchy granola bars, chopped

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together butter and sugars.
3. Add extract and eggs, mix well.
4. Beat in baking soda and salt.
5. Incorporate flours to create dough.
6. Stir in chopped granola and trail mix with a large spoon.
7. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. 
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
9.Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool.
