Wild Onion and Parsley Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
1 pizza crust, prepared
1/3 cup Wild Onion and Parsley Pesto
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayo
6 mushrooms, chopped
4 oz Canadian bacon, chopped
1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
1 cup Italian cheese blend, shredded

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Toast pizza crust on both sides.
3. Grease a skillet. Sauté mushrooms and Canadian bacon 1-2 minutes.
4. In small bowl, combine pesto, mayo and sour cream. Spread over prepared crust. Sprinkle with chopped spinach, Canadian bacon and mushrooms. Top with cheese.
5. Bake 10-15 minutes, finish under broiler for 3 minutes.
