Beer Brined Pork
Ingredients
12 oz beer
1 ½ lb pork stew meat
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
3 cups flour
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
1. Pour beer over pork pieces. Brine in fridge for 8 hours.
2. Drain pork. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and seasonings. Toss in flour. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
3. Heat fry oil to 350 degrees.
4. Warm oven.
5. Toss pork in flour a second time just prior to frying.
6. Fry in small batches until crispy brown.
7. Keep pork in warm oven until serving.
