Crispy Fried Pork Culets
Ingredients
6 thin cut pork cutlets
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp cream
4 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp butter
Directions
1. Tenderize cutlets. Season with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
2. Place flour in one shallow dish. Whisk eggs and cream together in a second shallow dish, and breadcrumbs in a third dish.
3. Drench each cutlet in flour, coat with egg mixture, and then press into breadcrumbs. Set aside to rest for 15 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Melt butter and oil in a cast iron skillet to frying temp. Fry cutlets golden. Place on a baking sheet and finish in oven for 15 minutes.
