Pecan Crunch Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 egg
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 heaping cups self-rising flour
1 cup crunchy granola
½ cup glazed pecans, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
3. Beat in honey, egg, soda and salt.
4. Incorporate flour to form dough.
5. Stir in granola and chopped pecans with a large spoon.
6. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.
