Cabbage Rollup

Ingredients
Bread dough, fresh or refrigerated
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb ground beef
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
3 cups cabbage, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Warm a baking stone.
2. Heat oil, butter and garlic in a stovetop skillet. Brown beef. Add breadcrumbs, onions, green pepper and cabbage, cook tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Roll out bread dough. Spoon cabbage mixture down center. Fold sides together and pinch to close at top of rollup.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
5. Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
