Butterscotch Blondie Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
Dash salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 egg
2 heaping cups self-rising flour
½ cup honey roasted peanuts
½ cup salted cocktail peanuts
12 oz butterscotch chips

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
3. Add salt, soda and egg, beat with an electric mixer.
4. Incorporate flour to form dough.
5. Stir in nuts and butterscotch chips with a large spoon.
6. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.
