Grilled Shrimp & Summer Vege Skewers

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, uncooked
Olive oil
Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
Fresh milled pepper
Sweet paprika
1 mild green pepper, deseeded and cut bite size
1 red onion, cut bite size
1 handful grape tomatoes
6-8 skewers

Directions
1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent slivering.
2. Peel shrimp, remove vein
3. Drizzle with olive oil and liberally sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and paprika
4. Build skewers alternating shrimp with veges.
5. Grill approx. 10 minutes for each side.
