Crockpot Sweet Potato Soup
Ingredients
3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 cups chicken broth
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Dickie Bird Farm Minced Garlic
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp marjoram
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
1. Place cubed potatoes in crock pot and cover with chicken broth. Stir in seasonings. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
2. Gently mash remaining chunks with a wire whisk before serving.
