Cabbage Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients
½ cup uncooked rice
Salt
2 Tbsp butter
½ tsp parsley
¼ tsp minced onion
¼ tsp Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 green onions, chopped
3 cups cabbage, shredded

Directions
1. Bring rice, 1 cup water and a dash of salt to boil on stovetop. Cover and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Do not stir.
2. Melt butter in a wok or large skillet with parsley, minced onion, garlic salt, cayenne pepper.
3. Add green onions and cabbage, sauté 1 minute over high heat. Add cooked rice and cook 1 additional minute, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Serve immediately.
